- Once approved, we send you a personal invoice with a secure online payment link.
- Pay through that link. Your participation is confirmed after approval and payment.
No payment is collected when you apply. Do not pay until you receive approval and your invoice.

Bring your business to Off-Road Affair
Join us March 6, 2027 at the Lenoir County Fairgrounds, 401 Fairgrounds Rd., Kinston, NC 28504. Share your products, services, or food with our off-road community.
Our event averages approximately 600–750 off-road vehicles annually. This historical vehicle count is not a guarantee of 2027 attendance.
Vendor spaces and prices
Prices cover the selected vendor space for the March 6 event. Include your full setup dimensions in your application, including vehicles, trailers, awnings, and equipment. Food truck applicants should provide the truck or trailer dimensions and service-side clearance needed.
Power and setup needs
Tell us whether you need power and provide the voltage, amperage, plug type, and equipment you plan to operate. You can upload a photo of the electrical plug if needed. Power requests are subject to availability and organizer confirmation; power is not guaranteed with a space reservation. Any additional arrangements or charges will be confirmed before you commit.
Food vendors and permit information
Describe the food and drinks you will serve. Provide copies or clear photos of your applicable permit information, including the permit issuer and expiration date. The organizer will review your information and follow up about any additional requirements before approving your application.
Vendor application
Choose your space, enter your business and contact details, describe your products or menu, and tell us about power and setup requirements.
Submitting an application does not reserve a space or process a payment. We will confirm availability, approval, payment instructions, and setup details with you.
Your contact details and documents will be used to review your application and coordinate event participation. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details, or unrelated personal documents.
